Team and Organizational Behaviour
Organizational Behaviour is built with the behaviour built at individual and Team level.
I often say that 'the behaviour you experience at the main get of a company is the behaviour you experience in every office door-steps up until the leader of the company.
Once I experienced unwelcoming security officer in a company who gave me every possible action to show me that he is the BOSS. I have experienced similar behaviour with other three offices head up until the head of the company.
Organizational Behaviour is therefore an issue that need to be given greater attention to building positive, growing and aspiring organization.
