COACHING AND MENTORING SKILLS

Coaching and mentoring are both developmental relationships, but coaching is usually short-term, structured, and focused on improving specific job skills or performance, with the coach asking questions to help the individual find solutions.

In contrast, mentoring is a longer-term, informal relationship where a more experienced person (mentor) shares broad career knowledge and guidance to support holistic growth, with the mentee often driving the agenda.

 ገብርኤል ያየው ምስጢር

ሰዎች አንድን ምስጢር በከፍተኛ ደስታ እና መሻት የተነሳ ሳያስቡ ሲያወጡት የሚነገር አባባል ነው፡፡ “ገብርኤል ያየው ምስጢር” አደረግሽው/አደረከው ይባላል፡፡ በተለይ ደግሞ ያልታሰበ ሲሆን ነገሩን ለየት ያደርገዋል፡፡

ገብርኤል ግን ምን ምስጢር አውጥቶ ነው እንደዚህ የተባለው? ብዬ ከዘመናተ በፊት የጠየኳቸው መምህሬን ነበር፡፡ እሳቸውም ሲመልሱ ገብርኤል እመቤታችን ቅድስት ድንግል ማርያምን (ስሟን እንዲህ ሥጠራው አፌ ሙልት ይልልኛል) ሲያበስራት በጣም ትሁት እና አረጋጊ ሆኖ ነበር፡፡ ምክንያቱም ድንግል ማርያምን ለማረጋጋት እና መልካም ዜና ለማብሰር ስለመጣ፤ የዜናውን አስደሳችነት የእርሱ አነጋገር እና ተግባር “እንዳያበላሸው” ነው (በሰው ሰውኛ ተመልክተን ብርሃናዊ የሆነውን መልአክ ነገር “አበላሽ” እንዳንለው አደራ) በተለይ ለእኔ ደግሞ ፈጥኖ የሚሰማኝ ወዳጄ!!! ነው፡፡ መምህሬም ሲቀጥሉ በሉቃስ ወንጌል ያለውን ንግግር እመቤታችን እና ገብርኤል ሲነጋገሩ አንዲት አረፍተ ነገር ከገብርኤል አፍ ወጣች “ኤልሳቤጥም ባረጀች ጊዜ እነሆ ፀንሳለች” የሚል፡፡

ይህንን ምስጢር ማንም የሚያውቅ የለም፡፡ ከስድስት ወራት በፊት ቅዱስ ገብርኤል ካህኑ ዘካርያስን ልጅ እንደሚወልድ አብስሮት ስለተከራከረው ልሳኑን እንደዘጋው ተዘግቧል፡፡ በመሆኑም ዘካርያስ እንኳን ልጅ የመውለድ ብስራቱን ምን እንዳየ እንኳን ዮሀንስ እስከሚወለድበት ጊዜ ድረስ መናገር አልቻለም ነበር፡፡ ስለዚህ ዘካርያስ ይህንን ምስጢር መናገር ካልቻለ ሊናገር የሚችለው ገብርኤል ብቻ ነበር፡፡

በመሆኑም እመቤታችን በትህትና ነገር ግን በብስለት ለጠየቀችው ጥያቄ ማስረጃ ፍለጋ ይህንን ማሳመኛ ተናገር “ለእግዚአብሄር የሚሳነው ነገር የለምና”፡፡

እንኳን አደረሳችሁ ወዳጆች!!!
